Because gas-powered mowers are loud, polluting, and unnecessary. Our equipment runs at a fraction of the noise of conventional mowers, quiet enough that you can be on a call inside while we work outside. Zero emissions on your property. And our walk-behind mower doesn’t compact your soil the way heavy ride-ons do.

We won’t mow it. Cutting grass that’s already short stresses the turf, encourages weeds, and causes real damage over time. We’ll let you know and give you the option to reschedule at no charge, push your next visit back, or skip the cycle. We’d rather protect your lawn than collect a check.

Contact us within 24 hours. We’ll come back and make it right at no charge. If we still can’t meet your expectations, you don’t pay for that visit.

While we love pets, please keep your dog indoors or in a secured area during any visit. It keeps everyone safe. We use bio-based bags for all pet waste cleanup. If your dog will be in an unfenced area, just leave a note in the booking form so we can coordinate on arrival.

We move your trash and recycling bins to the curb before pickup and return them after. Especially useful if you’re not always in the Berkshires on trash day.

No. Most of our customers aren’t. Leave access if needed and we’ll handle everything. You’ll get a notification when we’re on our way and a confirmation when the job is complete.

Light rain isn’t a problem. If conditions would result in a poor cut or unsafe work, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no charge.

Usually, no. We focus on residential and commercial lots a half-acre or less.
Most traditional gas crews overlook these smaller properties because they’d rather hit large acreage where they can use heavy riding mowers and finish fast. We’re the opposite. We specialize in the neighborhoods where houses and neighbors are closer together.
In these areas, people usually don't want to deal with the noise and exhaust of industrial equipment running all day right outside their windows. We provide a way to get the lawn done without being "that neighbor" with the loud engines.
That said, if you have a special request, we’re open to it. If you have a specific project or a part of a larger property that needs to stay quiet and clean, let us know what you're looking for and we’ll see if it’s a fit.

Your card is not charged until your visit is complete. We collect your card details at booking to hold your appointment but nothing is charged until the job is done.
